By purchasing or booking any service, the client confirms that they are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Nature of the Engagement

All consultations and advisory sessions are conducted within a structured, professional framework.

Nouralle Grand does not provide:

 • Emotional therapy

 • Psychological treatment

 • Crisis intervention

 • Guarantees of specific outcomes

Results depend entirely on the client’s engagement, responsibility, and decision-making.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during consultations is treated as confidential.

Clients agree not to record, distribute, or share any content from sessions without explicit written consent.

5. Payments

All payments must be completed in full prior to service delivery.

Prices are listed clearly and are non-negotiable.

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the services provided, all sales are final.

No refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks are accepted once a service is booked or delivered.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients acknowledge that all decisions taken before, during, or after consultations remain solely their responsibility.

Nouralle Grand is not liable for any actions, outcomes, or consequences resulting from the use of its services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nouralle Grand shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and methodologies provided by Nouralle Grand remain its intellectual property.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
